The Library is a terrific benefit of your chapter membership! It contains books, pamphlets, audio CDs, DVDs and produt literatures from vendor members. The topics covered by the materials include Help Desk, manangement, staff development, personal development,training and customer service. The MOHDI ibrary is a great way to expand your personal development free of charge!
The library is brought to each chapter meeting. Your are free to browse through its contents for the otems that meet your needs.
Eligibility: Only paid members of the Mid-Ohio HDI Chapter may borrow materials from the library. Materials may be checked out at chapter meetings and returned at chapter meetings. Borrowed materials are due at the next chapter meeting.
Loan Period: The loan period ends at the next chapter meeting. If you are unable to attend a meeting, email the Librarian to arrange for the return of the materials via mail.
Overdue Fees, Lost or Damaged Materials: A grace period of one chapter meeting will be granted for late materials. After the grace period, a $2.50 late fee will be assessed. Checks for late fees should be made payable to Mid-Ohio HDI Chapter Lost or damaged library materials will be the financial responsibility of the borrower.
Suggestions for new materials may be recommended at a chapter meeting or emailed to the librarian.
