MID-OHIO HDI LOCAL CHAPTER SPONSORSHIP
Sponsoring the Mid-Ohio Chapter of HDI (MOHDI) can be done in 2 ways.
BECOME AN ANNUAL SPONSOR
Our regular meetings are a gathering of technical support professionals from some of Central Ohio’s biggest and best companies. An annual sponsorship is your way to interact with our membership, on a professional level, during these meetings. Sponsorship allows you to choose a regular meeting, present information about your company, and provide additional information to interested parties following the meetings speaker. If you would like to provide a door prize to raffle off at the meeting you will receive the business cards from the raffle. Meeting availability for sponsors is first come first served. Annual Sponsors will have their logo displayed on the MOHDI website for the calendar year. Annual Sponsors will get one membership for there company to have one associate attend each meeting at the price of a member and bring a guest at the discounted rate.
BECOME A SPECIAL EVENT SPONSOR
The MOHDI board schedules special events annually for its members. These events can be formal or casual and provide an additional, more intimate opportunity to interact with our members and their guests. These events include: Annual Awards Ceremony, Social Events, Special Guest Speakers, etc. Sponsors will be recognized though signage, on awards, and in additional email and/or print communications at their discretion. Special Event Sponsors will have their logo displayed on the MOHDI website for the calendar year. Only one Special Event Sponsor will be allowed per event. All Special Event availability for sponsors is first come first served. All Special Event Sponsors will get two memberships for their company to have two associates attend each meeting and event at the price of a member and bring a guest at the discounted rate.
